project / construction management services to the commercial sector. Under the direction of
John Carter & Michael Allen, Carters has been operating an Asbestos Management Services
and Consultancy business since 1991, brought about by significant changes in requirements
of the asbestos regulations. In that time Carters has built up a strong list of clients
throughout Australia from its base in Adelaide, South Australia.

With their building background and as one of the early pioneers of Asbestos Register
development, John and Michael believe in a practical, hands-on approach which reflects
