Although it is a manadatory requirement to have an up-to-date Asbestos Register
for all commercial properties, it can become out-dated or overlooked when
renovations or maintenace is undertaken. The requirement for Annual Updates can
also be sometimes overlooked.

Where an Asbetsos Register is not availble we will undertake the preparation of
a new Asbestos Register complete with description, status and location of
identified Asbestos Containing Materials. Our recommendations will include any
action that may be required in terms of signage, maintenance or removal.
